Great location! Only a few steps away from the train station and close to some good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was equipped with standard amenities and the air conditioning was effective. It was nice to have access to complimentary newspapers every morning.
My stay was not as pleasant as I hoped it would be. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

The hotel location was very convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and accommodating during our stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected with loved ones back home.
We encountered some issues during our stay. The rooms were small and lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to relax.

I was initially put into a room with no ventilation, but the staff quickly switched me to a room with ventilation upon my request. The location, close to the Mumbai Central Train Station, was very convenient. I also appreciated the 24-hour check-in option and the presence of free newspapers in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and convenient location.
